This is the Questionnaire that we created on a website called Survey Monkey. This is an effective Questionnaire as it gets perfect answers from the people that took the survey, and made making our Soul music video very easy as we now know exactly what our target audience would like.
We included a mixture of open and closed questions to get the best from our audience, the open questions gave them a chance to pinpoint exactly what they'd like to see in our music video, and the closed questions were a simple way to get short answers.
